Please be informed that from 01.02.2024 the new values of the following Reference Rates will enter into force:

• DEP 6-12M (with the periodicity of semi-annual changes), for loans granted from the resources of "OTP Bank" S.A.
• LIBOR/EURIBOR (with monthly, quarterly and semi-annual frequency of change), for loans granted from "OTP Bank" S.A. resources.

Please note that the Reference Rates are variable values, which change automatically with a periodicity established in the credit agreement. Therefore, if you have one or more loans, the interest rate of which is attached to one of the above-mentioned reference rates, please contact your servicing branch to pick up the new Repayment Schedule generated as a result of the change in the reference rate.
